Cancellations- $500 deposit required. Upon paying deposit you will receive a payment link to pay balance or make periodic payments. Cancellations 60 days prior to the start of the Caravan will get 100% of the deposit back. Any amounts paid above the deposit will be subject to 3% charge. Cancellations between 60 days and 30 days prior to the start of the caravan will be refunded all monies except $500. Cancellations 4 weeks prior to the caravan will receive all monies except $1000.
Liability and Responsibility Agreement:
It is understood and agreed by all who participate in this Caravan that Great American Caravans LLC is conducting this Caravan or Rally. Great American Caravans only roll is to organize and plan the Caravan trip or rally. It is agreed that whoever is going on said trip is doing so entirely upon their own risk, responsibility and initiative. Whoever is going on this Caravan trip is not acting under anyone else's control and/or directions during the said trip, and will have complete and unrestricted control over their vehicles. It is the driver of the RV or other vehicle who is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations and is solely responsible for any damages to their vehicle, RV, property or the Vehicle, RV or property of others. Since the only function of Great American Caravans is to organize, plan and facilitate the caravan tour, whoever is going on said tour agrees to assume all risks of accident, injury, death or damages to themselves or their property. Further, they hereby release, hold harmless and agree to indemnify Passport America, Great American Caravans, and its affiliates, agents, contractors, and employees plus the Caravan Wagon master, and tail gunners from all liability, damage claims, demands, inconveniences, distress, frustration or cause of action - whether physical or mental. Neither Passport America, Great American Caravans, nor third party providers of outside services shall be held liable for any act, error or omission. Great American Caravans acts only as an agent for the transportation companies, sightseeing contractors and other principals included in the itinerary and is not a principal or operator for the subject services. The Itinerary is subject to change, due to uncontrollable circumstances and at Great American Caravans discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or alter, or make substitutions to any itinerary as conditions require. Changes may involve sightseeing events, shows, campgrounds, and/or meals. Changes may be made in the best interest of the individual participating, or because of circumstances beyond our control. Great American Caravan reserves the right to cancel any scheduled tour prior to departure. In the event this occurs after final payment, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
Caravan, Rally and tour attendees are responsible for their own actions, driving infractions, insurance, mechanical maintenance of their vehicles, personal behavior and group cooperation. Wagon masters reserve the right to decline to retain, any caravan, rally or tour member without refund, as part of the Rally, caravan or tour if his/her conduct is disruptive or not in the best interest of the other caravan, rally or tour members in the group. Any caravan, rally or tour member who does not show up, deviates from or leaves the group early for any reason whatsoever, forfeits his fees paid - but retains the option to re-join the same caravan, rally or tour later in the trip without penalty. Rally or caravan attendees grant Great American Caravans LLC permission to retain any refunds and/or credits from our suppliers. Rally or caravan attendees grant full permission to any and all foregoing use of his/her likeness, including photographs and video recording, for publicity and advertising purposes without compensation. By accepting the caravan, rally, or tour and making the deposit, registrant(s) understand and agree to abide by the terms and responsibilities of this agreement and policies.
Medical Responsibility You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any medical, physical, or other condition, which may require professional attention during a vacation or may require the use of special equipment. Certain itineraries and trips are not wheelchair-accessible, and some tours may include travel in high altitudes. Great American Caravan reserves the right to decline any member, trip participant who, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
If you have a medical emergency or mechanical breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you may receive a credit toward a future tour less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Great American Caravan on your behalf.
