Cancellations- $500 deposit required. Upon paying deposit you will receive a payment link to pay balance or make periodic payments. Cancellations 60 days prior to the start of the Caravan will get 100% of the deposit back. Any amounts paid above the deposit will be subject to 3% charge. Cancellations between 60 days and 30 days prior to the start of the caravan will be refunded all monies except $500. Cancellations 4 weeks prior to the caravan will receive all monies except $1000.
Waiver, Responsibility and Hold Harmless:
In consideration of permission granted by Great American Caravans llc and National Marketing Corporation, LLC dba. Passport America, allowing me to participate in the {Form Title:68} (the "Activity"), which will occur on {Caravans Date and Location:65} and is sponsored by Great American Caravans llc on behalf of National Marketing Corporation, LLC dba. Passport America, I represent, covenant and agree, on behalf of myself and any other person claiming by, under or through me, as follows:
I understand and agree on behalf of myself and any other person claiming by, under or through me, that Great American Caravans LLC is coordinating this Caravan or Rally. Great American Caravans only roll is to organize and plan the Caravan trip or rally. It is agreed that I am attending said trip entirely upon my own risk, responsibility and initiative. I am attending this Caravan trip and not acting under anyone else's control and/or directions during the said trip, and will have complete and unrestricted control over my vehicles. It is the driver of the RV or tow vehicle who is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations and is solely responsible for any damages to their vehicle, RV, property or the Vehicle, RV or property of others. Since the only function of Great American Caravans is to organize, plan and facilitate the caravan tour, I agrees to assume all risks of accident, injury, death or damages to themselves, or their property.
Great American Caravans acts only as a agent/customer for the transportation companies, sightseeing contractors and other principals included in the itinerary and is not a principal or operator for the subject services.
The Itinerary is subject to change, due to uncontrollable circumstances and at Great American Caravans discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or alter, or make substitutions to any itinerary as conditions require. Changes may involve sightseeing events, shows, campgrounds, and/or meals. Changes may be made in the best interest of the individual participating, or because of circumstances beyond our control (Acts of God). Great American Caravan reserves the right to cancel any scheduled tour prior to departure. In the event this occurs after final payment a voucher of monies less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Great American Caravan on your behalf. The voucher amount will be determined within 30 days after the end of the caravan. Any vouchers provided by Great American Caravan are not redeemable for cash. This includes any transfers to other trips.
Caravan, Rally attendees are responsible for their own actions, driving infractions, insurance, mechanical maintenance of their vehicles, personal behavior and group cooperation. Wagon masters reserve the right to decline to retain, any caravan, rally or tour member without refund, as part of the Rally, caravan or tour if his/her conduct is disruptive or not in the best interest of the other caravan, rally or tour members in the group. Any caravan, rally or tour member who does not show up, deviates from or leaves the group early for any reason whatsoever, forfeits his fees paid - but retains the option to re-join the same caravan, rally or tour later in the trip without penalty. Rally or caravan attendees grant Great American Caravans LLC permission to retain any refunds and/or credits from our suppliers. Rally or caravan attendees grant full permission to any and all foregoing use of his/her likeness, including photographs and video recording, for publicity and advertising purposes without compensation. By accepting the caravan, rally, or tour and making the deposit, registrant(s) understand and agree to abide by the terms and responsibilities of this agreement and policies.
I acknowledge that participating in the Activity involves certain risks (some of which I may not fully appreciate) and that injuries, death, property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity, including any associated travel. I waive all claims against any of the Released Parties for any injuries, damages, losses or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity. I release and forever discharge the Released Parties from all such claims. I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation in the Activity.
Medical Responsibility You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any medical, physical, or other condition, which may require professional attention during a vacation or may require the use of special equipment. Certain itineraries and trips are not wheelchair-accessible, and some tours may include travel in high altitudes. Great American Caravan reserves the right to decline any member, trip participant who, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants. If you have a medical emergency or mechanical breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you may receive a credit toward a future tour less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Great American Caravan on your behalf.
I have carefully read and reviewed this Terms, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. I understand it fully and I execute it voluntarily.
